5 - Minutes Moves To Trim Waist Fat

Are you worried about your belly fat? No! need to worry. Now trim waist fat with these two moves as absolutely perfect for your body. Take 5 minutes out of your busy routine and keep your body fit and healthy with these moves. You only need 2 things to perform this activity and just 5 minutes. So are you ready to do this exercise with me, here we go!

Things needed:

  • Dumbbell
  • Mat

Move 1: Wood Chop

To perform this exercise, hold a dumbbell with both hands. Little bend your body in the way that you are sitting on your heels and bring the weight down and move it to the outside of the right knee. Then, bring weight diagonally above left shoulder. Repeat this same procedure and perform 10 reps. Then hold weight and bend to the left side and repeat the same process. While doing your focus should be on the rotation of your torso and abs. This exercise is best to work abs, arms, butt and thighs. It only takes 5 minutes to complete this exercise. For effective result, perform this exercise 3 times a week.

Move 2: Twisted

Hold the weight with both hands and then sit with knees bend while heels down and toes lifted towards. Now lean back so that chest is almost at 45-degree angle. Support your body and rotate to the right as far as you can, wait and then move to the left. Repeat this exercise until you are done with 10 reps. It works best for your abs and arms. It just takes 5 minutes to complete this exercise. For effective result, perform this exercise 3 times a week.
