Make Halloween Mason Jars in 5 Minutes

Mason jars are an inexpensive and easy way to make crafts especially ones for Halloween. From painted Halloween jars to Halloween luminaries there are many fun projects and ideas that can be created using the jars and a little imagination. These projects are great for kids and adults.

The first thing you need is a few Mason jars. You can order these online from Joann’s or find them atAmazon. Check Walmart and your local craft stores also for these jars.

Other materials to make a few Halloween jars are some paints, paint brushes or sponge brush, tissue paper, Mod Podge, tissue paper, battery operated tea light or votive candles. Make sure to use newspaper or old towels underneath in order not to mess up your craft area.

Another idea instead of using markers to draw faces on the outside of the jars is to use vinyl Halloween clings or cut outs to stick on the jars.

Be sure to wash and dry out the jars before beginning any of your projects.
